Castle Farm in Fotheringhay is as breathtaking as it is important. As well as a beautiful farm house set in expansive gardens, it is the site to a very important part of history.

The farm has been built on the historic site of Fotheringhay Castle. Mary Stuart (better known as Mary Queen of Scots) was held here by Queen Elizabeth, and eventually killed in the old castle grounds.
